Melt Blown Sediment Cartridges

Our melt-blown depth filter cartridges are made purely from thermally bonded polypropylene material.  No resin, binders, lubricants, adhesives, or other additives are used in the manufacturing of the filters. These low-pressure drop filters are suitable for food processing, and filtering silt, rust, and other particles.  The density gradient across the media ensures a high filtering capacity and longevity. The melt-blown micro-fiber is self-bonded and formed a 3D pore structure. The diameter and density of micro-fiber can be varying from the inner to outer of the filter diameter. Melt Blown cartridges are designed to have a continuously graded pore structure to provide both pre-filtration and final-filtration.

Carbon Block Cartridges

It is made from coconut shell-based, palm or nut shell-based & coal-based carbons which create what many believe to be a sweeter tasting water. Because of the unique pore structure of this carbon, it is well suited for chemical absorption, including VOCs, while reducing chlorine and chemicals that result in taste and order. The service life of the C-Series Carbon Block Cartridge is greatly extended by an outer layer of 10 - 15 µm polypropylene non-woven pre-filtration media and will operate more effectively in most installations than without pre-filtration.

Pleated Sediment Filter Cartridges

It is constructed of durable, spun bond non-woven, reusable polyester fabric which allows for several uses. The media has been pleated to maximize its dirt-holding capacity and extend the time period between changes. The media has chemical and bacteria resistance, which makes these cartridges suitable for most light industrial and well water applications.

Granular Activated Carbon Cartridge & AIRCO Inline Filter

GAC - Series cartridge is designed for the effective reduction of unwanted tastes and odors, such as chlorine. They are engineered to allow water to enter one end and pass through to be in contact with the carbon for a maximum length of time, ensuring maximum absorption. An internal expansion pad is added to minimize channeling or bypass. A nominal 20-micron non-woven of post filter is incorporated to reduce carbon fines and other suspended particles. GAC-Series cartridge contains coconut shell-based, nutshell-based, or coal shell-base activated carbon which is highly effective at reducing certain organic chemicals such as EDB, TCE, and THM in addition to reducing chlorine.
